Photography Studio
We’re Shoreline Studio, a laid-back, creative space in Lowestoft, right on the edge of the east coast. You’ll find us just a stone’s throw from the beach.
At the heart of the studio is Andrew McMeekin, a photographer and the founder of Shoreline. Andrew oversees the location with Georgia Curtis and fellow photographer, Wendy Beckham.
We also work closely with a brilliant group of hairstylists from the salon located just downstairs.
Together, we offer everything you need to bring a photo shoot to life, all under one roof.
The studio is fully equipped, versatile, and easy to work in. It’s designed to feel both creative and comfortable. Whether you're planning a portrait session, working on a fashion project, or looking for a well-lit space for your own ideas, Shoreline is ready for you.
What's Included?
When you book the studio, you get full access to the entire space, including the private changing room.
Everything is ready for you to step in and get started.
All the lighting is available to use, no extra charges or restrictions. That includes softboxes, reflectors, a beauty dish, and other kit to help you shape the light exactly how you want it. We’ve got a range of backdrops to suit different styles, plain, bold colours, and a few patterned options too. There’s also a good mix of props and wigs on hand if you're after something a bit more playful or experimental.
And of course, we’ll keep the kettle on. Tea, coffee, and a few refreshments are always available to help keep you going during the shoot.

What We Offer
We open our doors to photographers and videographers of all levels. Whether you're just starting out, picking it up as a hobby, or you've been shooting for years, the studio is available for private hire. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space where you can take your time, try things out, and create your best work.
